Klopp: Liverpool against two ‘sensational football teams’ in title race
Jurgen Klopp was pleased as Liverpool got back to winning ways with an impressive 3-1 victory at Fulham on Sunday.Â
The Reds bounced back from their Europa League exit to Atalanta to win in west London, a result that moves Liverpool level on points with Premier League leaders Arsenal.
Trent Alexander-Arnold opened the scoring with a fantastic free-kick, though Fulham fought back to level through Timothy Castagne on the stroke of half-time.

Ryan Gravenberch’s first Premier League goal put Liverpool back ahead, as the Dutchman bent in a brilliant effort off the post, before Diogo Jota wrapped up the win for the visitors.
“We won our last two away games, can I ask for more" Besides the last 10 minutes in the first half, we did extremely well,” Klopp reflected to Sky Sports. “The boys played a really good football game. Historically, we’ve struggled here much more. Today, we did much better. Scoring goals is the most important [thing], having chances – we really liked the game.”
Klopp caused a stir with his line up for the game, making six changes that included Mohamed Salah, Darwin Nunez and Alexis Mac Allister named among the substitutes.
