Mesut Ozil hits back at criticism after problems under Unai Emery

Arsenal star Mesut Ozil has responded on Instagram following criticism from former players.
Ozil has scored three goals in all competitions this term but the midfielder missed Arsenal’s victory over Fulham with a back spasm and there were reports of a training ground bust-up with new manager Unai Emery at the start of the season.
It was rumoured that Emery told Ozil he would be on the bench against West Ham and the German responded by walking out of a training session. However, both Ozil and Emery insisted an illness was the reason for his absence at the Emirates.

Ozil, who has returned from his back problem, posted on Instagram: ‘Believe while others are doubting #M1Ö #faith.’

The World Cup winner stressed that he has a ‘good relationship’ with Emery after his goalscoring performance in a 2-1 win at Newcastle last month.
