Brighton & Celtic both reveal Moussa Dembele updates

What’s up with Moussa Dembele"
While it was generally a quiet Christmas Day in the world of football, one significant transfer rumour popped up on the radar.
Sky Sports revealed that Celtic had accepted Brighton?s 18 million pound offer for French striker Moussa Dembele.
Of course, that doesn?t mean that Brighton will complete the deal.
Moussa Dembele still needs to agree personal terms with Brighton if he?s to join the Seagulls and move to the Premier League.
But was the story true" BBC Scotland claimed they?d spoken to Celtic and the story was complete ?nonsense?.

Brendan Rodgers & Chris Hughton
On Boxing Day both Celtic and Brighton were both in action. For the record, Moussa Dembele was left on the bench for the away match at Dundee. The young French striker was brought on for the final 11 minutes of the match.
After the game Celtic coach Brendan Rodgers was asked about Dembele’s future. He replied:
I am not sure where it’s come from. Moussa’s been linked with so many clubs since I’ve been here.
There’s been no contact between the clubs and Moussa is very much still a Celtic player. There is no fee, no bid, there have been no talks.
Chris Hughton sung from the same hymn sheet after Brighton were beaten 2-0 at Chelsea.
The Seagulls manager also revealed the clubs are not in contact, yet.

CH on Dembele: "As manager of this football club, I'm quite sure I'd know. There's been no contact between the two clubs. That's speculation." #bhafc
