Brooks to referee at Old Trafford

He took charge of our 0-0 draw at Wolves in December 2021 and last season oversaw our 6-0 FA Cup defeat against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. His performances were considered good and he currently sits fourth in RATE THE REF with a rating of seventy-five out of a hundred. It was one of just four games he was allocated in the Premier League in that season but tomorrow will be his 44th in total and he now referees almost exclusively in the top division with one Championship fixture this season between Southampton and Leeds back in September.
This season, alongside twenty games in the Premier League, he?s also refereed two League Cup and two FA Cup games. In those 25 games, he?s shown 107 yellow and five red cards. The home teams have come off worst with the yellow cards with them ...
