Maurizio Sarri’s smoking habit during training irking ‘bored’ Chelsea players

Chelsea players are growing increasingly frustrated by Maurizio Sarri’s strict training regime, according to reports.
That includes the Chelsea boss’ decision to smoke on the sidelines as he is dishing out instructions to his players during training.
The Telegraph claim Chelsea’s stars were ‘surprised’ to learn Sarri and his coaching team were happy to smoke and vape during sessions.

The smoking habit has been a ‘topic of discussion’ among Chelsea players in the wake of a humiliating 6-0 defeat to Manchester City in their last game. Chelsea players are said to be unhappy with Sarri’s insistence that training does not start until 3pm, after growing used to early starts under former managers.
The squad were called in early on Monday morning after another costly loss at the weekend.

Sarri is a master tactician and began his reign at Chelsea with a 12-game unbeaten streak, but has endured a dreadful run of form in recent weeks.
