Wilfried Zaha will be a free agent on Saturday 1 July and he is keeping his options open, although they are not quite as plentiful as he may have hoped.

The 30-year-old’s Crystal Palace contract comes to an end on Friday night and he is considering whether to sign a new deal with the Eagles or move elsewhere.

Palace have offered him a long-term contract worth £200,000-a-week, which he could still sign in the final hours of his current deal.

That offer reportedly expires on Friday evening, but discussions will continue after that to keep him at Selhurst Park, even if he hasn’t signed the contract before that deadline.

Zaha has been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton in the past but there now appears to be little Premier League interest in him, even as a free agent.
The Ivory Coast international is keen to move to a Champions League club, but there has been no talk of him being snapped up by the four English teams qualified for that competition.

The Evening Standard reports that Serie A side Lazio have shown an interest in him and they have qualified for next season’s Champions League, but no concrete offer has been made.

The only firm offer has come from Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, but Zaha has not been swayed by the lucrative contract they have made to him as he wants to compete at the top level.
