Confirmation from lawyer that Leicester move isn’t on the cards, play happy to sit around

Every day, somewhere, an article about Ben Arfa potentially going to Leicester City pops up, with either rehashed information or just suggesting the move would make sense.
We?ve already gone through a few reasons why it doesn?t and why the Foxes should stay well away, and, good news all around, it seems the forward doesn?t have a particular interest in moving in January.
This has been thrown around by the French press a fair bit already, with many believing the 30-year-old will most likely cash in his big paycheque until the end of the season before moving on from Paris Saint-Germain, and Le Monde have all but confirmed that, interviewing his lawyer, Jean-Jacques Bertrand.
First revealing the Ligue 1 leaders told the player at the beginning of the season he wouldn?t play one minute with the first-team this season, Bertrand continued: ?If he left, you mustn?t forget two things: his destination and his contract, which would need to be ended. Hatem hasn?t asked for either.? Embed from Getty Images
Further down in the article, Le Monde state ?sources close to the player? told them the alleged Leicester target would stay in Paris until June.
This is problematic for Antero Henrique, the club?s director of football, as there?s a need to bring in some money in January, and Ben Arfa would be an easy ?3-4m in the bank.
Even if Claude Puel does come knocking, it seems there will be no answer from the former France international.
