Xherdan Shaqiri heaped praise on Daniel Sturridge after Liverpool FC’s 3-2 win over Paris Saint-Germain at Anfield on Tuesday night.

Shaqiri, who replaced Mohamed Salah in the final minutes of the European clash, credited Sturridge for his performance and underlined the collective attitude of Jurgen Klopp’s squad. ?Every team needs every player. Shaqiri moved to Liverpool FC in a £12.5m deal from Championship side Stoke City in the summer transfer window.
The Switzerland international has Champions League experience following stints at Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
