Erik ten Hag provides Antony and Scott McTominay injury update ahead of Manchester United’s FA Cup semi-final with Coventry

Erik ten Hag says he expects both Antony and Scott McTominay to be fit and available for Manchester United’s FA Cup semi-final against Coventry City this weekend.
Antony, 24, played no part in United’s draw at Bournemouth in the Premier League due to a muscle injury, but has been training as normal this week and appears likely to return to Ten Hag’s first-team squad.
McTominay, meanwhile, has been sidelined with a knee injury since the Red Devils’ dramatic defeat at Chelsea on April 4 – missing the club’s last two games – and has been stepping up his recovery in recent days.
The 27-year-old Scotland midfielder, no doubt desperate to be involved at Wembley on Sunday, will put his fitness to the test for the first time in full training today.
Asked for an update on the duo at his pre-match press conference this afternoon, Ten Hag told reporters: ‘Antony and Scott, I expect them to be back.
‘Scott didn’t train all week, partial. Today I expect them in full [training].
‘Antony did train the whole week.’
