Spurs Web has relayed a whole host of reports over the past 24 hours regarding the race for Bergvall, with the midfielder allegedly yet to make a final decision between Spurs and Barca (Expressen).Â
Last night, it was Romano who revealed on social media that while the Catalan club are confident of winning the race for the 17-year-old Swedish starlet, Spurs are continuing to reach out to the midfielder’s entourage in an effort to hijack the move.
It was subsequently explained by Mundo Deportivo that in an effort to convince the Djurgardens youngster to come to North London, Tottenham had even promised him that he would go straight into their first-team.
