Tottenham?s Dejan Kulusevski has questioned his team?s work rate after they suffered a disappointing 2-1 home defeat against Wolves on Saturday.
A brace from Joao Gomes saw Gary O?Neil?s side claim an upset victory which resulted in Ange Postecoglou?s side dropping out of the top four after Aston Villa?s win over Fulham.
Spurs struggled without injured full-back duo Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro, with the result the latest in a bad run of performances that has seen them draw with Everton and get a little fortunate against Brighton last weekend.
Kulusevski, who got his side back into the game with his finish at the start of the second half, admitted after the game that his side had dropped below their usual levels.
?There?s nothing worse than losing, so it was very tough. We?re not playing good enough, we have to get better. We have two weeks now to work on that, and come back a bit better,? he said.
?They had two or three counter-attacks where we?re not good enough and they made us pay. After that it is difficult to come back again in the game.
?We were too many guys up front. Too open and not running back as hard as we should. They could score a couple and that?s not good enough.?
