Amid reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur, it seems Crystal Palace are preparing to offer Eberechi Eze a huge new contract to keep him at the club – but the new deal will include a release clause.
As Ange Postecoglou continues to imprint his own identity on the Tottenham squad, and the transfer window nears its conclusion, speculation is mounting when it comes to a whole host of players coming in and out of North London.
Spurs have already recruited well, with the likes of James Maddison, Micky van de Ven, and Guglielmo Vicario impressing early on in their career at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
However, there is always room for improvement, and one name that has been linked with the Lilywhites of late is Crystal Palace star, Eberechi Eze (Express). The problem is, Palace are reluctant to let Eze go. Fabrizio Romano claims it would take a ‘huge’ offer for them to sell, and insisted it is very unlikely the playmaker would switch clubs this summer (CaughtOffside).
