Marko Arnautovic reveals the true extent of his knee problem

Marko Arnautovic has started the new Premier League season in good form.
The Austrian forward has scored four goals and chipped in with one assist in eight matches.
However, in recent weeks it’s been confirmed that Arnautovic isn’t 100% fit.
Manuel Pellegrini has confirmed that Arnautovic is nursing a knee problem.
It’s worth noting that Arnautovic has only completed 90 minutes for West Ham on three occasions this season.

In a worrying update for West Ham, Arnautovic has revealed his knee problem is hampering his training routine. Specifically, Arnautovic has revealed he needs two or three days off after games to recuperate.
