West Ham have a crucial decision to make in the weeks that follow, as David Moyes must decide whether to stick or twist with his attacking options.
It’s become clear that Andre Ayew and Diafra Sakho are both surplus to requirements and will be allowed to leave this month but questions remain over the heads of Andy Carroll and Javier Hernandez- both of whom have been linked with exits.

David Moyes has preferred to play with wide men Marko Arnautovic and Michail Antonio leading the line since taking charge at East London and the future of marquee summer signing Hernandez remains up in the air after a disappointing few months at the London Stadium.
The Evening Standard states that the Mexican striker, who needs to rekindle his form ahead of the World Cup, has emerged as a January target for MLS newcomers Los Angeles FC- as they prepare for their maiden campaign in North America.
Already set to sign Hernandez’s compatriot Carlos Vela from Real Sociedad, a marquee signing of Hernandez would be a huge statement of intent but West Ham are looking to recoup the £16m fee they paid Bayer Leverkusen in the summer.
