Victor joined on a season-long loan in the summer but has gone on to score 17 goals to top the scoring charts as Barca Atletic aim for a play-off spot.
Barcelona will need to shell out ?3 million for the 22-year-old but are hopeful of carrying out the transfer, according to Mundo Deportivo. The move suggests that Barcelona could be willing to give Victor a chance to try and force his way into the first-team in pre-season if he can impress Xavi.
Barcelona could also look to sell him for a higher price, and he may not lack for admirers after his goalscoring exploits with the B team.
Victor has been called up to the first team on several occasions this season but is still waiting to make his debut for the senior side.
