Vitaliy Mykolenko injury: Sean Dyche issues update ahead of Everton vs Brentford

Dyche also revealed that Calvert-Lewin has been struggling with an illness but still managed to deliver a man-of-the-match display in the win over Liverpool.
‘I thought he was excellent,’ Dyche said.
‘He has had a bit of illness, we are hopeful that will pass. He had it before the game, so we must commend him on that because I thought he was outstanding. His physical performance was outstanding, and he?s still not quite over it, so we will hope that settles down over the next day or two.
