Report: How much Tottenham earned from the Premier League this season
A report has revealed how much Premier League clubs have earned this season thanks to their final league position, with Tottenham Hotspur suffering having failed to qualify for European football next year.

The North London club finished fourth last season, thus qualifying for the Champions League, which is incredibly lucrative to those who make it.
This year’s eighth-place finish leaves Spurs without any form of continental football next year, and will cost the club financially, too.
The club is already likely to have to deal with not being able to attract the calibre of players we are used to at Tottenham, with no European competition to offer prospective signings. Now, a report from The Sun has revealed the extent to which Spurs have lost out financially due to their sub-par performance this season.
While the Premier League do not release exact details of how much is paid to each club, it is thought each place in the table is worth £2.2 million.
Broadcast revenue is distributed almost equally, with some clubs receiving slightly more if they are shown more often on TV. The broadcast fund was around £84 million last season, and is believed to be higher this year.
