Deco has met with Pedri?s agent FC Barcelona?s sporting director, Deco, has reportedly met with Pedri?s agent, Héctor Peris, over a contract renewal.
Pedri?s current deal expires in summer of 2026, and Barcelona want to make sure that his contract is secured before moving onto potential signings in the transfer market. This is said to be the second meeting over the matter, and reports say that talks are going well.
Signed as a youngster from Las Palmas, Pedri has become one of Barcelona?s main symbols after so many long time legends retired or moved to clubs outside Europe. It?s understood Barcelona under no circumstances will want to part with him, and the player himself is quite happy where he is and has no plans on leaving.
The meeting also had another topic to discuss: Noah Darvich, The 18-year-old German plays for Barcelona Atlètic. He?s slowly gaining more minutes in the B team, but it?s said that he wants to progress and improve so he can take the next step forward in the future.
