The club?s youngsters are shining Pedri has described La Masia as ?the soul? of the club and hailed the confidence manager Hansi Flick has given Barcelona?s youngsters.
Flick has been willing to trust the likes of Marc Bernal, Inaki Pena, Marc Casado, Pau Cubarsi and Lamine Yamal this season, and Pedri says it?s massive for the players.

?It?s very important. The confidence that the coach gives to all the young players that are coming up, they give it back with good play.
?This allows them to gain confidence and have more freedom to dare to try out things,? he told ESPN, ?We are seeing a lot of players that are coming out of La Masia and it?s the soul of this club.?

Pedri also spoke about Flick?s tactics and his use of a very high defensive line.

?Above all, he?s got very clear ideas,? he added.
?I think an advanced defensive line characterises us a lot in all the games. He has transmitted to us the confidence that we can do it and to believe in ourselves.?

Flick is expected to trust his youngsters again on Saturday when Barca head to the Bernabeu and hope to secure all three points against their fierce rivals.
