Fun Fact: This little subhead is called a dek With Schalke still dwelling in the 2 Bundesliga, Dortmund fans have to scratch their rivalry itch with their other neighbor - VFL Bochum. Nicknamed ?The Unrelgatables? despite six relegations, Bochum have become somewhat of a thorn in Dortmund?s side since returning to the Bundesliga in the 2021/22 season. Dortmund have won just two out of six games against their smaller neighbors and should be prepared for a tough match tomorrow.

Borussia Dortmund enter this game low on confidence after a string of underwhelming performances and a bitter shellacking at the hands of a Champions League caliber side. Edin Terzic?s Nuri Sahin?s side have already dropped points twice this season and look lost for ideas in attack while being leaky in defense. It is still early days in the Bundesliga, but the five point gap between Bayern and Dortmund means they have to right the ship immediately if they want to even be in the title race come December. Dortmund?s eagerness to drop points early in the season and Bochum?s eagerness to challenge Dortmund at every opportunity make this a difficult match.
