Clarets have a day at the top after Hillsborough win

Saturday?s 2-0 win against Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough took us back to the top of the Championship with the weekend ending with us in second place following Sunderland?s win at Hull yesterday.
A first half goal from Jaidon Anthony, his first in Burnley colours, gave us a half time lead and Josh Brownhill, who has suddenly turned goalscorer, netted early in the second half to complete the scoring and give us this third away win of the season.
Our trip to my former home of Sheffield was by train with an early start. Everything was arranged but then the weather followed by an almost calamitous mistake by myself almost got the day off to a bad start.
The plan had been to walk to the station but with the rain pouring down and there being no buses available, I got a lift. Around ninety seconds before the train was due in, I suddenly remembered that the match tickets were still in the car. Thankfully they were rescued and thus avoided some frantic phone calls on the journey there to try to arrange reprints. I was encouraged to take a photograph of said cathedral to use in the match report should the match be poor. I haven?t used it.
