Our Fantasy premier League game for the 2023/24 season has made a terrific start and at the time of writing there are already 57 people who have joined up.
That?s currently giving us a prize fund of £285 which, although short of last season?s fund, is some way ahead of where we were at this stage a year ago.
There are still eleven days to go before the Premier League kicks off with Manchester City?s visit to Burnley and there is little comparison in values of the players when you look at the respective clubs.
While no Burnley player is currently valued at more than £5.5 million in the official Premier League game, that top valuation is reserved for Zeki Amdouni, Manuel Benson, Jay Rodriguez and, should he still be with us, Wout Weghorst, City have seven players coming in higher than our top player from Cancelo at £6 million through to Kevin de Bruyne and Erling Haaland who will cost you £10.5 million and £14 million respectively. The official game has served us well over the years and we continue to use it. For every entry we receive at £10 (£10.60 if using Paypal to cover their costs), £5 will be added to the prize fund with the remainder donated to the foodbank at Burnley FC in the Community.
