Following the video that circulated on the internet of Romelu Lukaku saying he was unsure whether a deal between Chelsea and Juventus could be struck for his services, the Italian media are trying to salvage the situation.
Of course, it remains a question of money, which the Turin side currently don?t have, and that?s why they are trying to find a way around it.

While that is great news for Juventus, they aren?t capable of meeting that sum just yet, and the hope was for them to sell Dusan Vlahovic before moving for Lukaku.

Seeing as the Blues are still looking for a new striker, that could be something they consider, but any deal of that sort would have to see the Stamford Bridge side pay a fee on top of Lukaku?s inclusion.
After all, Juventus have always made it clear they want a fee of at least ?70m, if not more, for the Serbian, and if the Belgian is only worth ?40m, well, you do the maths.
