In one of the more thrilling comeback wins in recent memory, Juventus had quite the night in Germany as they picked up their second straight win to open play in the new league phase of the Champions League. It?s safe to say that Juventus? first two games back in the Champions League have certainlyt not lacked for exciting moments. And, just like against PSV Eindhoven, Juve scored three goals this past Wednesday night against RB Leipzig, albeit it in much different fashion than a couple of weeks earlier.
Juventus won a wild roller coaster of a ride over Leipzig despite the fact they played most of the game without their best defender and down a man for much of the second half. Juve clawed back to tie the game twice because of two fantastic Dusan Vlahovic strikes, then won it with a weaving run from everybody?s new favorite little guy Francisco Conceição. It was the kind of comeback worthy of the celebration that Juve players and coaches took part in following Conceição?s goal and the final whistle.
And now, you just hope they can continue it going both in Europe and when the games return again following the October international break.
