Harry Kane is the ‘perfect’ signing for Manchester United and could end the club’s 10-year wait for a Premier League title.

That’s according to former United ace Louis Saha, who believes it’s time for the England captain to leave Tottenham.

Kane hit 30 league goals this season but they came in an ultimately disappointing campaign, where Spurs finished eighth.

The 29-year-old has a year to run on his Spurs deal and he’s attracting attention from United, with Erik ten Hag desperate to sign a new centre forward.

Spurs are unwilling to deal with a Premier League rival but Saha says United must do all they can to sign Kane as he could win them the Premier League.

‘I respect the Spurs fans, and so does Harry Kane but when we look at his career and what he represents for English football, it would be nice to see him win a trophy, but I don?t think that?s going to happen at Tottenham,’ Saha told Paddy Power.

‘As players, we all want a title or a Champions League ? that’s Harry Kane?s level. To be totally honest, I can see him winning the Premier League if he joins one of the current top four teams. I love Manchester United so much and for me, that?s the perfect fit for him.
