All The Remaining Rossoneri Out of The Euros After France and Netherlands Lose

A collapse for both teams in the semis and we have no more Rossoneri in international competitions. The remaining four AC Milan players have been knocked out of the Euros at the semi finals. France and the Netherlands both lost 2-1.
France were beaten 2-1 by Spain in the first semi final. Mike Maignan and Theo Hernandez started while Olivier Giroud came off the bench for the final ten minutes. The squad look uninspired despite taking the lead early on. Hernandez missed a good opportunity to score but the Rossoneri duo will be heading home now while Giroud packs for LA. Netherlands will feel hard done with a controversial penalty call against England and a late goal to get knocked out and miss out the final. The 2-1 loss means Tijjani Reijnders is heading home after a very impressive tournament as the engine of the Dutch side. He played all six games of the Euros and played the full 90 minutes four times.
The players will likely have a week or two off before needing to report back to Milanello to meet the new manager and start the pre-season.
