Newcastle United star Callum Wilson has been commenting on Tottenham Hotspur players again, this time insisting the praise for James Maddison needs to stop before he gets a big head.
James Maddison is proving to be one of the signings of the season so far. Since arriving from Leicester City in a £40m deal, the 26-year-old has quickly endeared himself with the Spurs faithful thanks to an impressive start to the campaign.
With two goals and four assists already (Transfermarkt), Maddison has gone a long way towards filling the void left behind by Harry Kane‘s summer departure.
Maddison has become a key figure in Ange Postecoglou‘s new-look Spurs side, and has even been named as one of the Australian’s vice-captains for the season.  The playmaker put in a man-of-the-match performance in the North London derby at the weekend and has earned universal praise as a result. However, one person thinks Maddison has been celebrated enough.

Wilson fears Maddison will get big-headed
