‘Not giving up’ – Fabrizio Romano provides update on Harry Kane’s future
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Bayern Munich are not giving up on their pursuit of Harry Kane and that the striker is open to making a move to the Allianz Arena.
On Wednesday, we relayed an update from Ben Jacobs, who claimed that Bayern were set to test Daniel Levy’s resolve with an improved £80m offer for Kane after their opening offer was turned down by the North London club.

This information was backed up by The Evening Standard on Thursday, with the publication claiming that the Bavarians were preparing a second offer for Kane and were willing to go as high as ?100m (£86m) for the striker.
However, the report asserted that Spurs want at least £100m to part ways with their talisman this summer, despite the 29-year-old having just one year left on his contract. Bayern Munich will keep trying for Harry Kane
Romano has now remarked that the Bundesliga champions are not willing to abandon their pursuit of Kane just yet as the striker has given them encouragement.
The journalist said on his YouTube channel: “Bayern are not giving up.
“They also have other options on the list, of course, but they don?t want to give up on this story for Harry Kane also because the player will be open to making this move happen.
“Harry Kane is not saying no to Bayern. This is why they sent an official bid, this is why they want to insist.”
