If you ask Spurs fans who the club’s best player has been so far this season, an overwhelming portion of them will say Dejan Kulusevski.

The Swede has taken his game to a new level since being moved to the number eight role and has become one of the first names on Postecoglou’s teamsheet.

It would not surprise many to hear that the 24-year-old is catching the eye of other clubs with his performances, but a rather bizarre rumour has now emerged from Italy about the player.

According to JuveLive, Milan are now considering making a move for the Tottenham star when the transfer window reopens in January.

The outlet says that the Rossoneri see Kulusevski as an option to replace Rafael Leao, and they could use the funds they get from the Portuguese star’s sale to push ahead with a move for the Spurs man.

The report adds that Milan’s interest in the former Juventus man is being driven by the club’s advisor, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who has been obsessed with his compatriot from a young age.
