Defender says Spurs star has ‘the fastest stepover I have ever seen in my life’

Tottenham Hotspur captain Heung-min Son has been named as the fastest player ever by Sunderland defender Luke O’Nien, with particular praise paid to the Spurs man’s stepovers.
We all know Heung-min Son is a class act. The South Korean star has been performing at the highest level for Spurs for nearly a decade now, scoring bags of goals, adding a load of assists, and he is now proving to be a phenomenal captain for the club, too.
This season alone, Son has bagged 12 goals and registered six assists for Spurs (Transfermarkt). At the age of 31, the attacker has seemingly not lost any facet of his game, and still terrifies defenders throughout the Premier League on a regular basis.
It’s hard to pinpoint Son’s strongest skill really?from goalscoring, to dribbling, to his work rate, he’s got it all, and is undoubtedly the most talented player in Ange Postecoglou‘s squad.

Heung-min Son’s pace is frightening
But, for Sunderland man Luke O’Nien, there is one aspect of Son that is beyond any player in the world that he’s faced so far, and that’s Son’s pace.
Speaking to FootballJoe, O’Nien was asked to construct the perfect footballer, and mentioned the likes of Kevin De Bruyne for passing, and Lionel Messi for shooting in his answers.
