Journalist Ben Jacobs has said that he expects Wolves winger Pedro Neto to end up at either the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium or the Emirates Stadium next summer.

While Neto has always dazzled with his quality since arriving in the Premier League, the winger has come off age this season and is now stamping his mark on matches regularly.

The 23-year-old has found the back of the net three times and provided 11 assists across all competitions so far this season, despite spending a part of the campaign sidelined with an injury.

While Spurs are thought to be plotting a move for the Portugal international (The Sun), they are far from alone, with the pacy wide-man also being mooted as a target for the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Newcastle recently (Metro).

Jacobs has now said that he expects Neto to end up at one of the two North London sides but insisted that Wolves will demand a hefty price for their star man.

The journalist told GiveMeSport: “I think that Arsenal and Spurs are more likely destinations for Neto, at this point. We know the Tottenham interest is historical, and I would expect Arsenal to consider Neto this summer as one of a few targets in that position.

“But both of the north London clubs will also be well aware that Wolves – because he is still well contracted – will be looking for a club-record sale. They will be very firm on price. ...
