Postecoglou reveals how active he expects Spurs to be in the final days of the window
In his latest press conference ahead of the game against Brentford tomorrow, Ange Postecoglou has revealed Tottenham Hotspur are unlikely to conduct any further business in the January transfer window.
Tottenham made a bright start to the winter window, bringing in Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin within days of one another. Those transfers were in the first of the month, however, and very little has happened since then.
Spurs have moved on a number of fringe players, though, with the likes of Hugo Lloris, Eric Dier, Djed Spence, Japhet Tanganga, and Ivan Perisic all securing transfers out of North London.
It is thought Tottenham’s next priority is to upgrade their midfield, with a number 8 very much on the shopping list for Ange Postecoglou (The Independent).

Postecoglou thinks Spurs are done in the transfer market
With just a couple of days left before the transfer window closes on February 1, time is very much running out for Spurs to add to their squad this month, and it now seems any further reinforcements may have to wait until the summer.
That’s according to Postecoglou himself who, in his latest press conference (via Football.London), was asked if we can expect to see any more players joining the club before the month is out.
