Atlético Madrid have two crucial ties to settle this upcoming month. It?s do or die for Diego Simeone?s men.
A tough month awaits Atlético Madrid, and the entire season heavily depends on it. With the title race in La Liga practically over, Simeone and his players are under pressure to keep the season alive with two crucial games ahead: Athletic Club in the Copa del Rey semi-final, and Inter Milan in the Champions League Round of 16, both games in which Atlético are currently trailing 1-0. As if that wasn?t enough, Josema Giménez, and potentially Antoine Griezmann?undoubtedly Atleti?s best player in the past year and a half?are set to miss the game against Athletic, with the Uruguayan also practically ruled out for the match against Inter.
