Foxy Jacks will be too wily for Rachael Blackmore in the Cross Country Chase at the Cheltenham Festival

Even casual racing fans will recall Rachael Blackmore becoming the first female jockey to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup three years ago when Minella Indo romped to victory.
The pair are back in action on day two at Prestbury Park in the Cross Country Chase and lead the market at 2/1 after an encouraging run in a prep race over course and distance before Christmas.
But they face stern opposition in the form of Gordon Elliott?s Delta Work, who is seeking a hat-trick of wins in this test of stamina, while stablemates Galvin and Coko Beach also hold strong claims.
However, the preference is to plump for Foxy Jacks at 16/1 each-way with BetUK after beating a strong field over course and distance in November.
Willie Mullins sends out a strong team in the Novices Hurdle, with Ballyburn the 1/2 favourite with multiple firms after winning a maiden at Leopardstown by 25 lengths before a seven-length victory in a Grade One at the same track last month. He?s the cornerstone of the day?s accumulators and one of those to perm him with is Paul Nicholls? Stay Away Fay, winner of last year?s Albert Bartlett, in the Brown Advisory Novices Chase at 3/1 (Paddy Power).
